Ecotechnic "history"

Founded in June 1995, Ecotechnic sprl / bvba continued sales of "Evironmental and Plant Physiology" equipment from the finishing company Flow-Therm sprl.

Mrs. Arlette Deltour (Manager) and Mr. P. Panneels, partners in that new company, first developed the Gas Sampling and Analysis aspect with the large range of Plant Physiology products.

At that time, Ecotechnic's head office was located in Auderghem, but in 2002 Ecotechnic moved to rue Rodenbach in Forest (1190 Brussels).

An important and still growing activity was initiated later in 2002 : the “Measurement and sampling of wastewater”.

This activity was developed and in collaboration with Mr. Thierry. Dabée (PPA Plongeurs Professionnels Associés).

And in January 2003, Patrick Panneels became director of Ecotechnic and the head office moved to Uccle (1180 Brussels).

During all these years, the company has increasingly specialized in the 3 main activities :
Gas sampling and analysis,
Wastewater aspects and
Plant physiology, but also
built complete systems - specially designed for the customer and provided appropriate service and maintenance in these 3 fields of activities.

Ecotechnic worked, at that time, with 3 people, and moved in April 2015 to Forest (1190 Brussels) - Rue Vanden Corput, in a much larger office and workshop, ...

In June 2015 ECOTECHNIC has just experienced its 20th anniversary !

From 2017 to 2020, ECOTECHNIC got involved and worked on the BRUSSEAU project funded by Innoviris.

Co-creative and participatory project on flooding problems and hydrologic research in Brussels.

And 2020, and in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis, Ecotechnic was forced to leave rue Vanden Corput, and moved to Uccle (rue du Fossé 1b). The employees are discovering the continuation of their own route.

Patrick Panneel is thus refocusing his activities on Plant Physiology, the preparation of Gas sampling and "Water" (network inspections, measurements of wastewater flows, water analysis, discharge monitoring systems, hydrological studies, ...)
